RICK FITZER

President and CEO
Rick has over 30 years of home building and real estate industry experience, including development of land tracts valued at $150 million. He has built $75 million in residential homes and was named the Savannah Homebuilders Builder of the Year for 1995-1996. Before founding The Fitzer Group, Rick was the founder of Heritage Homes, Genesis Designer Homes, and Genesis Real Estate Group.

MIKE MARTIN

VP of Operations
Mike is a 2001 graduate of The Citadel. He served two tours in Iraq with the U.S. Army and through his experience has become known for his outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
